Slow Cooker Apple Pork Tenderloin
Apple pork tenderloin is packed with Fall flavors. It's quick to prepare a slow cooker meal with just a few simple ingredients for a wonderful, healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. coconut or olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 medium apples - sliced
  • 1 medium onion - sliced
  • 1 TBS rosemary - dried or fresh
  • Pepper to taste
  • (1 lb.) Pork Tenderloin

Directions

  1. Lightly grease the bottom of slow cooker with the coconut or olive oil.
  2. Slice onion and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Place pork tenderloin on top of onions.
  4. Place sliced apples on top of pork.
  5. Sprinkle rosemary on top of pork.
  6. Pour chicken stock over all ingredients.
  7. Cook for 4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
