Quick and Easy Pork Chop Dinner

An easy, flavor-packed meal of pan-fried pork chops, savory bacon bits, and hearty diced potatoes, all cooked and seasoned perfectly in one skillet.

Ingredients
- 4 lamb loin chops
- ¼ pound bacon
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until cooked through but not crisp, about 6 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate; leave grease in the skillet.
- Sear the pork chops in reserved bacon grease over medium-high heat until browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- While the pork is searing, chop bacon into small pieces.
- Add potato and onion slices to the skillet along with bacon. Pour in water, cover, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer until potaotes are tender, about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
