Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- (2) Salmon Fillet
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
- Mix together marinade ingredients.
- Marinate salmon filets for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place salmon on a lightly greased, shallow baking dish and bake uncovered for about 20 minutes.
