We're thrilled to bring our bison to you from our friends at Hackmatack Farm which has been farmed by the Guptill family in various forms since the 1680s. Today they raise 100% grass-fed American bison.
Their animals live stress-free lives grazing on green grass and digging up grubs in the forested pasture.
They use regenerative land and sustainable business methods that together work to reinvigorate Maine's Seacoast farming culture. Their vision is to provide nourishing food for our families and communities directly, and thru partner farms like ours.
