Our boneless, skin-on thighs come packaged with 3 to 4 thighs per pack. We use recyclable plastic trays designed to provide easy, mess-free thawing while reducing waste and protecting against broken seals. Because our broiler chickens are straight run—meaning both male and female birds live and grow together naturally—they grow at different rates, so the exact size of the thighs can vary slightly package to package.
