Our LARGE Farmer's Choice Box will consist of at least 20 lbs. of assorted meat, pasture-raised right here on our farm and through our farming partners. You reap the benefits of a discount in choosing to get a "surprise box," and we benefit because you're assisting us in selling some of our cuts, of which we have additional stock or may not fit our traditional product descriptions. Our LARGE Farmer's Choice box is designed to double up on products we offer in the SMALL box, but with a bit more savings offered. This is especially useful for families who may need to utilize more quantity of a single product at a meal.

Our Farmer's Choice boxes allow us to manage overstock of a product or move through items that don't fit our standard sizes or specifications. Perhaps it's a steak that is too thick, a roast that falls under the smaller weight range we prefer, or even the pack of sausages at the "end" of the process, so there are only 2 links in the package. Sometimes, we process a chicken with a scratch on its leg, so the leg is removed during processing, but the rest of the chicken is perfect. Many products can make their way to this box, including products we have a surplus of!
