A way to thank our packing and driving staff, tipping has helped us provide extra incentive for this key team role on our farm. Any tips you may choose to provide are dispersed between all the hard working hands that pick, pack, deliver, and staff our pickup locations with your orders. 100% of tips are provided to our packing/driving employees and have been a way we are able to provide not only additional income but also staff events and outings.
This is not a requirement, but a way to fulfill a request from our customers. We are very proud of our staff who have risen to the occasion and enduring the seasons and braving the elements to continue our pasture raised and grazed business.
